BPT Leadership
WHO WE ARE - BPT Leadership
Rodney Steiner
Co-Founder

For 24 years Rod has worked with business leaders in food processing, electronics design and manufacturing, aerospace R&O, automotive manufacturing and healthcare, to optimize business operations from the C-suite to the front line, exam room and processing area.
Rod has worked throughout all of North America, Europe and Asia.
In the early 1990’s, AlliedSignal, a global company of 90,000 employees, implemented a transformation process that would impact its business culture to the core. During those early years of Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and Theory of Constraints, there were so many learning opportunities as departments and entire business sectors took on the challenge of reinventing themselves.
Rod has worked difficult projects with challenging leadership that was also going through fast paced transformations. This new innovation deepened skills as challenges were met and exceeded time and again. Mistakes were made, learned from and corrected. New processes were designed and implemented while old processes were greatly improved. Teams became skilled at working together, and taking ownership of their areas.
Rod has used these experiences and strategies to customize innovative business solutions, for over two decades, for each of his clients, from Fortune 100 businesses to small cap businesses and physician practices.
He has lived throughout the United States and New Zealand.
